At Freedom Functional Medicine, we understand that plans can change. To ensure that we can accommodate all of our clients, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following cancellation policy:
- Cancellation Notice: We require a minimum of 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. If notice is not given within this time frame, a cancellation fee may apply.
- Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment or event will incur a fee of $50. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.
- Emergency Cancellations: We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to an emergency, please notify us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate a reschedule without penalty.
- Rescheduling: We are happy to reschedule your appointment, subject to availability. Any rescheduling requests made within 24 hours/days may incur a fee, depending on the circumstances.
- Refunds: Refunds for cancellations will only be issued for requests made more than 24 hours in advance. If a cancellation fee applies, it will be deducted from the refund amount.
